Pan Roasted Vegetables and Millet Pudding
It was a peaceful day.
Windows and doors were wide open,while clean & fresh air filled the house.
Sunshine danced in the trees and pretty clouds floated over the mountains.
Squirrels darted in and out of plants and birds chattered away on their own.
A silent leaf fell from the tree,while a dragon fly tried to escape it.
From the farmer’s market,beautiful vegetables and fruits sat on my table.
Looking so fresh and juicy,i happily enjoyed a few raw bites.
The light was perfect and the breeze both warm and cold.
It was time to cook.
Pan roasted vegetables with brown rice,mustard vinaigrette and a soft-boiled egg.
Millet pudding with apples and chocolate syrup, dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
